These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Pant Mawr Cheeses online shop at pantmawrcheeses.co.uk. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pant Mawr Cheeses is a family-run artisan cheese dairy based in Llandysul, Ceredigion, Wales. Our registered address is Pant Mawr Farm, Llandysul, Ceredigion, SA44.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline any order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt. Delivery times are typically 1–3 working days for mainland UK. Our cheeses are carefully packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain the cold chain during transit. We offer free delivery on orders over £50.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. We are unable to deliver to some remote areas of the UK — if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before ordering.

5. Perishable Goods & Returns

As our cheeses are perishable foodstuffs, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than damage in transit or incorrect items being sent. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, perishable goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

All our cheeses contain milk. Some products contain additional allergens — please refer to the individual product descriptions for full allergen information. If you have any concerns about allergens, please contact us before ordering.

While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, our cheeses are made in a dairy that also handles goat's milk, sheep's milk, and herbs. We cannot guarantee complete absence of cross-contamination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Pant Mawr Cheeses and may not be reproduced without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
