seven cheeses in the Pant Mawr range listed below.
For more details on each cheese click on the appropriate link. Please
note all our cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet and pasturised
milk.
Caws Cerwyn:
This light and creamy cheese has a mellow, nutty and buttery taste.
Caws Preseli:
A soft mould ripened cheese, mildly tangy and fruity with a rich
taste.
Oak Smoked Cerwyn:
Creamy texture of Cerwyn original, complemented by a delicate smokey
tang.
Mature Cerwyn:
Similar in texture to Caws Cerwyn, mature Cerwyn is aged for five
to six months.
Caws-y-Graig (Goats Milk
Cheese):
This hard goats cheese has a slightly crumbly texture and subtle
tangy taste.
Smoked Caws-y-Graig (Smoked Goats Milk Cheese):
This hard goats cheese has a slightly crumbly texture and an oak smoked flavour.
Soft
Goats Curd:
Unsalted clean and light, with a sharp tangy after-taste.
Drewi-Sant:
Unsalted clean and light, with a sharp tangy after-taste.
